Welcome the new additions to RJG!

Tommy Hale - South Central Regional Account Manager
Tommy will be responsible for supporting new and existing customers in TX, NM, LA, OK, AR and parts of Mexico. Tommy comes to us with 24 years of experience in injection molding. Previous employers include Perlos and Bayer Material Science. Tommy has successfully been through both Master Molder I and II and is fluent in Spanish. Having Tommy cover this area will allow current account manager, Bob Reese, to transition into the position of full-time consulting.

Andrea Novarro - Sales Support
Andrea will assist customers as well as the implementation teams with everything from quotes to order entry to managing various customer contracts. Andrea will have no problem keeping up with the multiple tasks of the sales department as she has spent the last 11 years running an automotive specialties company with her husband called 'Love Your Car' in addition to raising their two daughters, Elli and Olivia.


Randy Monroe - Shipping and Receiving
Randy comes to us with many years of experience in a production environment, which includes shipping and receiving experience. He is also currently pursuing his business management degree through evening courses at Northwestern Community College. Having Randy on board will help us to meet the high volume of shipments that need to be processed in a timely manner. With his production background he will also be an asset as a backup for the production team.

Corine Tietz - Electronics Technician
After a brief time away, Corine has re-joined RJG's sensor department. Corine's extensive production and multi-tasking experience along with her positive attitude are a welcomed (re) addition to a busy department. We all very glad to have her back!

Master Molder^SM Certified
Congratulations to Amanda Winn for successfully passing Master Molder I! Amanda works in our customer support department and this expertise will enable her to ensure successful implementation of our eDART System and in-cavity pressure and temperature technology with our customers.

RJG Trainer/Consultant in Utah
RJG Trainer/Consultant; Shane Vandekerkhof has recently relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah. Having a trainer/consultant located in the area allows RJG to provide regional training to Salt Lake City and the surrounding area. This move for Shane will help RJG support the rising demand for processing training in the region. Having a regional trainer also makes training more affordable by eliminating the travel costs for customers to attend training in other regions. Shane is a certified Master Molder^SM and has completed all RJG training including the Train the Trainer program which qualifies him to train others in Scientific and DECOUPLED MOLDING^SM methodologies and techniques. He also has extensive field experience networking RJG’s eDART System and implementing cavity pressure sensor technology.

Upgrade Your eDART^TM System for just $3,000
RJG’s eDART System has evolved through the years to better meet the needs of our customers. RJG’s eDART^TM now provides faster data processing and better responsiveness, especially with high cavitation jobs. The current platform also includes a Solid State Hard drive that improves the robustness of the storage device. The new hardware will be supported with a full 1 year warranty. RJG recommends upgrading any first generation eDARTs you currently own, since we can no longer repair them due to a lack of replacement part availability. For further details click here. Changes to piezoelectric sensors allow interchangeability
RJG announces changes to its popular Lynx Piezo Sensor line aimed at increasing flexibility to the user.   Current Lynx Piezo sensors come with a sensor mated to a uniquely calibrated Lynx sensor case. The new Lynx Piezo Sensor configuration allows the Lynx Piezo case to be moved to other sensors as needed while maintaining the ability to identify the mold. Currently when customers order Lynx Piezo Sensors they receive a calibrated sensor, case and cable.  The sensor and case must be kept together to ensure proper operation.   When a customer orders the new Lynx Piezo Sensor configuration they receive a calibrated Piezo sensor,  calibrated Lynx case and cable.  These can be kept together or be used with other sensors , cases and cables as needed.  In addition, the sensor or case can be sent in separately for certification and recalibration.

Monitor Cavity Pressure on Cores and Ejector Sleeves
RJG's new piezoelectric load washers monitor cavity pressure on cores and ejector sleeves. For ejector sleeves, the core pin extends through the load washer so that only pressure from the ejector sleeve is monitored. For cores, water or bubblers can flow through the hole in the load washer. A variety of sizes are available to suit most applications. To find out which load washer will work best for you, contact customer support.
