Welcome the new additions to RJG!
Tommy Hale - South Central Regional Account Manager
Tommy will be responsible for supporting new and existing customers in TX, NM, LA, OK, AR and parts of Mexico. Tommy
comes to us with 24 years of experience in injection molding. Previous employers include Perlos and
Bayer Material Science. Tommy has successfully been through both Master Molder I and II and is fluent
in Spanish. Having Tommy cover this area will allow current account manager, Bob Reese, to transition
into the position of full-time consulting.
Andrea Novarro - Sales Support
Andrea will assist customers as well as the implementation teams with everything from quotes to order
entry to managing various customer contracts. Andrea will have no problem keeping up with the multiple
tasks of the sales department as she has spent the last 11 years running an automotive specialties
company with her husband called 'Love Your Car' in addition to raising their two daughters, Elli and
Olivia.

Randy Monroe - Shipping and Receiving
Randy comes to us with many years of experience in a production environment, which includes shipping and
receiving experience. He is also currently pursuing his business management degree through evening courses
at Northwestern Community College. Having Randy on board will help us to meet the high volume of shipments
that need to be processed in a timely manner. With his production background he will also be an asset as a
backup for the production team.

Corine Tietz - Electronics Technician
After a brief time away, Corine has re-joined RJG's sensor department. Corine's extensive production and multi-tasking experience along with her positive attitude are a welcomed (re) addition to a busy department. We all very glad to have her back!

Master MolderSM Certified
Congratulations to Amanda Winn for successfully passing Master Molder I! Amanda works in our customer
support department and this expertise will enable her to ensure successful implementation of our
eDART System and in-cavity pressure and temperature technology with our customers.
RJG Trainer/Consultant in Utah
RJG Trainer/Consultant; Shane Vandekerkhof has recently relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah. Having a
trainer/consultant located in the area allows RJG to provide regional training to Salt Lake City and
the surrounding area. This move for Shane will help RJG support the rising demand for processing training
in the region. Having a regional trainer also makes training more affordable by eliminating the travel
costs for customers to attend training in other regions. Shane is a certified Master MolderSM
and has completed all RJG training including the Train the Trainer program which qualifies him to train
others in Scientific and DECOUPLED MOLDINGSM methodologies and techniques. He also has extensive
field experience networking RJG’s eDART System and implementing cavity pressure sensor
technology.
