Faster Lead Time for Load Washer Sensors
RJG's Piezoelectric Load Washer Sensor models 211M18 – 215M10 now have a faster lead time (2-3 weeks) on small
orders. The load washers monitor cavity pressure on cores and ejector sleeves. For ejector sleeves, the
core pin extends through the load washer so that only pressure from the ejector sleeve is monitored. For
cores, water or bubblers can flow through the hole in the load washer. A variety of sizes are available
to suit most applications. To find out which load washer will work best for you, contact customer support.
Piezo 9211 Sensors have a new look!
In the next few months you will notice that our 9211 piezoelectric button sensors will look a little different.
The new design will not have a textured finish. This will have no effect on sensor
pricing or functionality.
Discontinuing the 4015 Signal Conditioner
RJG will be discontinuing our 4015 signal conditioner product line. RJG will be accepting orders for this
product up to 12/1/2011. At this point RJG does not have a replacement product available.

Systematic Molding - Spanish
Students leave this course with a better understanding of how to develop a machine independent process, how to make data driven improvements to existing processes, as well as how to effectively trouble-shoot using scientific and systematic approaches. Students will also understand the cause and effect relationships between the machine, process, mold, and material as well as how and why polymer behavior is influenced. This will allow them to make informed decisions for lasting solutions instead of “band-aid” fixes to the process.
