eDART System™ Overview
![]() eDART System™ OverviewThe eDART System™ helps you gain control over the two greatest variables in injection molding: People and plastic. Today's eDART lets you tailor the technology to suit your needs. But all eDART configurations have one thing in common: They provide the tools you need to go from good to great. Here are a few of the benefits of using an eDART System™:

eDART Software FeaturesSoftware features vary by module (conx, flx, apex), but each module includes a variety of valuable functions to help molders accurately diagnose and respond to everyday concerns: Cycle Values, Graphs and Templates Once an optimal process is achieved, the collected data can be used to create a template of process parameters. By matching this template, you ensure consistent part production. Real-time analysis for both process and machine allows users to view current injection pressure, machine variation, injection volume, variations in material viscosity and more. Summary Graph & Statistics This feature allows you to see how well the process is remaining within its parameters or limits. User-selected variables are plotted, and statistical calculations are made for analyzing process capability and consistency. The result is a representation of process capability over time. Alarm Settings Molders can set alarm levels based upon specific summary values. A part diverter will relay a good/bad signal to a robot, diverter or conveyor system. In this way, bad parts are contained automatically, without manual sorting. Velocity to Pressure (V to P) Transfer Control Implement DECOUPLED MOLDINGSM techniques by transferring the machine from velocity to pressure control on cavity pressure, hydraulic pressure, position or time. |
