    Course Description

    Alarm Setting Workshop

Process alarms using cavity pressure data provide a powerful tool for automatically detecting bad parts and removing them from production. But which measurements do you set alarms on, and what alarm levels should you choose? In RJG's half day Alarm Setting Workshop, we use data gathered from a DOE to determine which cavity pressure measurements predict part quality, and provide a data-driven approach to set optimum process alarm limits. We will use real world examples and provide hands-on tools that help you detect bad parts automatically - without manual inspection.
